Registrations are only accepted via the above link. 
Please follow all steps without closing any windows until receiving confirmation that the transaction was successfull when the EPFL Payonline window appears.

In exceptional circumstances where registration is not possible online, please contact bma2017@epfl.ch directly.

Registration possible on-site by credit card or in cash (CHF).

Registration Fee (Lunch included):

Early Registration (until June 10^th, 2017)

• Normal fee: 300 CHF
• Student fee: 215 CHF

Late Registration (until August 25^th, 2017)

• Normal fee: 350 CHF 
• Student fee: 270 CHF

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be done in writing to: bma2017@epfl.ch.

Cancellations made before July 15^th will be reimbursed the total amount of the registration fee minus administrative charges of 50 CHF.

Cancellations made after July 15th until August 15^th will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount of the registration fee.

After August 15^th no reimbursements will be made.
